Updated: Jul 29

We wanted to share an update regarding our Persian cucumbers. We have planted them in the garden rather than in the greenhouse, and we are pleased to report that their growth has been very good. The favorable weather conditions this June, with temperatures reaching 25°C and above, seem to have contributed significantly to their healthy development.

Based on our experience, it’s best not to leave the cucumbers to grow too large. Once they reach about 2 inches in length, it’s ideal to harvest them. Doing so ensures you can enjoy their fresh, organic flavor and vibrant appearance. Larger cucumbers tend to lose their quality and are no longer suitable for use.

Enjoy the delicious, organic beauty of our cucumbers!
